Solid 5 star hotel, wonderful service. I have to give credit to all the staff, especially LiuQin, I am really impressed for the service. I will recommend XinGuo to my family and friends for sure.

It's very warm and fell like at home to step in the room when all the orange lights on. And the automatic site toilet is wonderful. But there're small tips about the light buttons and water temperature controller. It's difficult to find the right button to close the light in the wall chest and the controller to adjust the temperature of the water which should be done before we check in. And actually we don't need so many lights and have trouble to close them. And for another hiccup, the bedroom is a little small with seperately a bathroom, toilet room, face-washing sink room and a cloakroom. It would be better to open the door without the first sight of the bed.
