About this property

Peninsula Court Unit 1 - Waterfront Holiday Apartment with Pool & River Views - Holiday Yamba

Holiday Yamba is excited to present this stunning waterfront unit in the highly sought-after Peninsula Court Unit complex. Perched on the majestic Clarence River, this property promises deep relaxation as the waters gently flow past on their way to the ocean. Imagine stepping straight from the breakfast table to an excellent fishing spot in seconds, no time wasted loading the car or hunting for river access. The communal pontoon allows you to launch and moor your boat for the entire duration of your stay, making daily boating a breeze.

Peninsula Court Unit 1 features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a single garage, making it ideal for a family getaway while still feeling cozy for just two guests. Relax in the spacious living area overlooking the river or unwind on the back patio, soaking up the spectacular Clarence River views and breathtaking sunsets that are often photographed in the area. Pelicans are regular visitors, happily snacking on scraps left by local anglers.

The rear patio provides the perfect vantage point for a barbecue as the sun dips below the horizon, and with any luck, you might even have fish for dinner if the fishermen in your group do their job. The well-maintained Peninsula Court complex offers a communal in-ground swimming pool, pontoon, and easy access to the open ocean by boat. Cleverly designed so that each unit enjoys its own uninterrupted river views, the complex strikes the perfect balance between privacy and friendly community vibes.

Whether you’re a boatie, a kayaker, or simply someone who loves a good book and a glass of wine, Peninsula Court 1 provides the perfect venue for your next holiday with Holiday Yamba. Please note that linen is not provided, and there is no Wi-Fi at the property, making it the ideal place to truly unplug, unwind, and reconnect with the riverfront lifestyle.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a microwave.
