Two storey home consists of downstairs section with double garage, kitchen, lounge and sitting area. Two bedrooms both with built-in robes and timber floors. Laundry with additional toilet and shower, plus a deck on this level.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, which is carpeted, with ceiling fan and Queen bed. Separate toilet with basin, bathroom with shower, vanity, and bath. Stay at The Perch

The house is well located in Yamba. Easy walk to beach, shops, clubs and pub. Suited our needs, large house, plenty of bedrooms and living areas, ideal for 6 adults and 2 young children. The house itself whilst clean could do with a bit of a refresh.
