Cute little place right by the lake and close to Mt. Fuji! The place was nice and clean. They provide great amenities like bicycle rental and other information for tourists. Staff was very kind as we were allowed to wait for a few hours until our bus came. My highlight was the bath as it was a very traditional experience with the yukata!

We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room. The property is conveniently located with a beautiful vue on the lake from the front and Fuji-san from the back. I would definitely stay here again!

I properly submitted numbers of adults and children including their age when I reserve. When we get there they told us Expedia price did not include children’s fee which is not our fault. I compare the prices and quality with other competitors around the area and decided to book but ended up getting charged ¥3000 each kid. We had to additionally pay ¥6000 for our 2 of our 6years old. Unfair business.

飯店地點很好，過馬路對面就是山中湖畔，門口很好停車，提供家庭式的日式早餐不錯，這次房間在2樓因為沒有電梯行李需要徒手搬到2樓，房間整潔維持一般溫泉飯店格局(房間內沒有衛浴)，浴場營業有時間限制...所以太晚洗澡比較麻煩。 飯店外觀比較不好認，一樓入口很像一般民家，在外觀望很久開門進入才知道我們到了........
