The villa offers you views of the mountains and from the roof terrace of the ocean and Fuerteventura.
The villa is located on a newly built complex (May 2024), close to the Papagayo beaches, the Marina Rubicon, El Pueblo shopping center with bars & restaurants and San Marcial de Rubicon with a Superdino and Overseas British supermarket.
The bus stop is 650 meters from the villa.

You enter (via 3 steps) the terrace with the private pool.
There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy a BBQ meal.
When you enter the modern, bright open plan living/dining room and kitchen, you can immediately start unpacking your bags.
There are 2 comfortable sofas, table with chairs, TV, air conditioning, TV with international channels and free Wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and enough pans, glasses, plates and cutlery.
In the utility room is the washing machine.
There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink on the ground floor.
Before you go up the stairs to the bedrooms, you pass another door that gives access to a garden and terrace with a table with bar chairs and great views of the mountains.
On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Allgemein: gutes Objekt
Schönes Haus, etwas hellhörig, beheizter Pool war klein aber super, modern eingerichtet, keine Kaffeemaschine, wurde aber auf Anfrage prompt nachgeliefert. Küche und Geschirr eher auf auswärts essende Bewohner eingerichtet. Mehr Liegen auf der grossen Terrasse wären prima. Gasgrill war vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch ( mit Waschmittel).Durch die Türen war der Wind so intensiv zu hören als ob ein Zug durchführe. Ansonsten ein ruhig gelegenes Objekt. Unsere Gastgeberin war superfreundlich und sehr bemüht; bei unserer Ankunft waren Milch, O-Saft und 1 Fl. Wein als Begrüssung da. Insgesamt hat es bei uns einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. .
