Gadgets galore, but let down by Poor Management
This VIlla was jam-packed with lots of fun things, but we would not stay here again, nor recommend this Villa.
The check in process was marred by a platform that never saved or uploaded our details, so wasted a huge amount of holiday time dealing with that.
The Villa was fairly clean on arrival, but one of the beds was soiled from wee, which rendered one of the bedrooms unusable for 7 days.
The dishwasher needed a service clean, so we had to wash up the entire holiday. The jacuzzi didn't work for a week, and when it was fixed it was turned down to cold. The pool had a major leak and needed manually filling every 3 days, and one night kept our entire family up with the pool pump sucking air, ruining the next day for all. The main bathroom was unuseable as the drain stank.
The VIlla lacked basic amenities, like soap, oven trays, fuel for the outside oven, so meant after 1.5 days of travel to the Villa, we had to try to find a late-night shop open on our arrival to buy basic amenities on a Spanish public holiday. Despite coming with so many high-end gadgets, the Villa lacked an instruction manual, so we found ourselves unable to use half the things on offer.
We spent hours in email exchanges with the Villa management company, who would send automatic emails, with empty apologies and mostly ignoring the issues we were experiencing. We had a constant procession of maintenance people in the Villa, all of whom turned up unannounced, despite repeatedly asking to schedule times.
