The vacation home, situated in Playa Blanca, offers views of the mountains and the nearby sea.



This two-storey property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office use in the downstairs bedroom, which is equipped with a 24” monitor. The property also offers cable and satellite TV, featuring a 55” Smart TV in the lounge, as well as a washing machine. IPTV is available with a selection of UK channels.



The private outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The pool is heated from October to the 1st of May.
