Villa Mimosa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning/heating (coin operated), 3 bathrooms (all en-suite) with dressing area, fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer and drinking water tap!), large lounge and dining area with seating for 6, Villa Mimosa has internet TV which provides all English TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports
and many international TV stations. TV has HDMI and USB ports. DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Player.
There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio and new outdoor seating area for 6 . You can also spend time here relaxing in the new 4 person Jacuzzi.

At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in Barbecue, and alfresco dining table . This leads to a lower patio with solar & Electric heated roman entry swimming pool, a solar heated shower, sun beds for 6 and a further patio table and 6 chairs.

There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility).

As the villa was designed with holiday luxury in mind it is furnished with quality, modern yet comfortable furnishings and furniture. The finishing touches make this villa so special: Solar heated shower by the pool, south west facing patios allowing sunshine all day long, views of the sea and on clear days of Fuerteventura, air conditioning in all bedrooms, comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV and storage cupboards for your luggage to name but a few!

From the moment we arrived, we knew Villa Mimosa was somewhere special. We have just returned from the most amazing 10-day holiday and honestly couldn't recommend this villa more. We were already talking about coming back before we had even left!The villa is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and the outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing in both the sun and shade.The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive or walk from everything Playa Blanca has to offer. We hired a car, and having private parking at the villa was a great bonus.We stayed as a family of four, and the pool was the highlight of our holiday. The fully enclosed garden was invaluable as one of our children has additional needs and little awareness of danger. It gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to truly relax.A special thank you to the team who look after the villa. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.This was our first villa holiday, and we don't think we'll ever go back to hotels. Villa Mimosa exceeded all our expectations and gave us memories we'll treasure forever. We can't wait to return!

Couldn’t fault villa or the care we received. Everything was great. Fresh towels twice week, Pool and hot tub cleaned regularly. Villa cleaned regularly. Nice welcome basket. Would love to go again
