This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Mis-represented listing

No mention made of buildings works going on from 07:00 until 16:30 each and every day. Squatters living in several properties within 50metres of rental, made to feel very intimidated. Stay away from Agni rentals they offer no help and take the p155 from holidaymakers.

Con el unico fin de mejorar ara el futuro, decir que encontramos lgunas deficiencias, en cuanto a falta de vasos y copas, (eramos 6 adultos), faltaban coladores , sacacorchos y baterias en el mando de la television. Lo comunicamos nada mas llegar, al telefono de contacto.
