Located in the luxurious urbanization of Aldea de Las Coloradas, next to the promenade and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo, we find this beautiful duplex decorated with great elegance.
It consists of 150 square meters divided into two floors. On the lower floor there is a living-dining room, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, as well as two terraces with sea views.
On the upper floor we find a living-kitchen-dining room, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the volcanoes.
Villa Arosa is perfect for families or groups of friends to maintain their independence while enjoying their holidays in a fully equipped house and in a unique environment.
The complex has a large community pool overlooking the sea and where there is usually no influx. It is also located next to shopping areas.
