Lovely house, well equipped very clean, good location, loved sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee watching the view. Great communication with the hosts and Stephane who met us on arrival was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a water problem on our last day which Stephane quickly sorted! Only slight thing I would perhaps suggest, the exterior walls and canopy could be freshened up a little.

A Winter Home

The owner and local agent provided an excellent service to make our arrival, stay and departure perfect. We had a super quiet time and enjoyed being away from the busy areas of Playa Blanca. There are some grocery stores are only a short walk away, and the Marina shops and restaurants a little further in the opposite direction. The house was just as described and really clean. We can especially recommend this host and property, but would just like it all to ourselves!

Nice 10 days

Good communication with owner and Stephane (local guy) before arrival. Unusual, but nice, for Stephane to meet us on arrival and show us around the property, and to come to say goodbye when we were leaving. Very quiet location with open views to Fuerteventura. 50 metres to promenade, then 10 minute walk to Marina and further 20 minutes to Playa Blanca centre. Nearest beach between Marina and Playa Blanca. Property clean and tidy and generally well equipped. Only real criticism is lack of sun umbrella (no shade at front after early afternoon). Would be happy to return.

Beautiful and comfortable villa in amazing location and great management!

My husband, our 3 kids (8, 6 and 4 years old) spent a week in January at Arielle's villa. Stephan received us there and check-in was fast and smooth. The villa was super clean and tidy and perfect size for our family. Everything is just as shown in the pictures. The location of the villa is excellent. Located right at the beautiful seaside promenade walk that stretches from Las Coloradas to Flamingo beach, it is super close to the best beaches, Papagayo and Playa Mujeres (the latter best for families with little children as you can park just by the beach) and also at walking distance from the restaurants in Marina Rubicon and 5mins by car to Playa Blanca old town and restaurants. There is also a big supermarket and a lovely playground at walking distance from the villa. Communication with Arielle and Stephan was very smooth. We had an issue with the TV, which was not working properly, and they replaced it the next day. Also our youngest daugher forgot her favourite teddy and Stephan very kindly arranged for it to be shipped to us the next day! Thank you both for a great stay! Hope to be back soon!

Lovely property and we had a lovely time. Everything you need. Pool a bit too cold on Dec for a swim but the nearby beaches were just perfect. You will love it too!

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment and close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. The only thing needed is sunbeds as we didn’t have access to any as all the beds by the pool are for the other properties.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Betten sind relativ neu. Die Terassenmöbel haben allerdings die besten Tage hinter sich. Ansonsten ist die Anlage mit Pool sehr gepflegt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes Feriendomizil

Sehr liebevoll und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Fuerteventura. Check-in und Check-Out unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Danke an Stephane. Leichte Abzüge in der B-Note wegen der Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools. Hier gibt es wohl Unstimmigkeiten der Eigentümer untereinander, die Liegen und der Nutzung entsprechend. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen und können dies nur empfehlen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub.
