The AC was great but the rooms were disgusting, the beds had worms. The walls and ceilings were brown and water damage. No Wi-Fi or internet. The staff were very friendly and prompt when you asked for something. It was awesome seeing family everyday
The place is nothing like it show in the picture you guys should not even been selling this called hotel at the beach, lol at the beach you get there and is just the sea where you can’t even wet your feet is not a swimming place the picture is nothing like it is you get there and is houses falling apart all around the room was dirty to the point that you can’t even walk with out shoes at the place, the pool is so nasty looking that nobody goes in , and they tell you when you get there that if you decide to leave your money will not be returned so you’re force to stay there, they only give you 2 towels for the week and if you need an iron you need to ask at the office and sign a paper it was a nightmare and I could keep on going because I feel like they stole my money.

Great location for out of the way travel where you don't want a bunch of tourist stuff surrounding you. Locals were great if you ask around there was fantastic food nearby (speaking Spanish is helpful). Rooms all had an ocean view, you can hear the waves if you open the windows. Pool was nice at night you can hear the tree frogs and tropical sounds while floating in the pool. Easy access to major roads to other areas and the coast route has some fun towns to stop in and have a meal on the water. This facility has recovered well from Hurricane Maria if you are in the area check it out.

We are sorry to read about your experience with the room. The next day or your arrival your room was completely clean. The problem of sargassum in our area causes the walls to become brown. That's the reason you think it's dirty. Nature doesn't help us much.
