Good location to Historical sites , and shopping malls , service was excellent

This was my first trip to Xi'an and I was very pleased about my stay. The location is unbeatable - you can easily walk to the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, subway station, and the Muslin Quarter. Plenty of restaurants around. Very friendly staff, and the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb, with over 30 choices to satisfy people from different parts of the world. I will surely stay here again next time I visit Xian.

Concierge really makes the difference at this hotel. The inside design is very nice / moderately upscale and the rooms are very clean and new. However, the concierges go out of their way to accommodate the guests. They let us check in at 9am, called us a cab at 4:45am and helped us get our trip to the terra cotta warriers arranged. Definitely would stay again, but didnt find Xi'an as a whole that impressive.

After reading reviews online, I expected much better. It started poorly, when they couldn't find the reservation I'd made through Orbitz, even though I had the confirmation e-mail on my smartphone. I didn't have it printed, so they wanted me to e-mail it to them and twice provided me with the wrong e-mail. I finally had to e-mail it to one of the staff's personal e-mail account! (He was super friendly and helpful, but he was pretty much alone on those counts). According to Orbitz, they wouldn't have sent me an e-mail confirmation without getting a confirmation from the hotel first. Given their technical incompentence, I am not surprised it was the hotel's fault. We had to wait over a hour while they tried to figure it out and lost an opportunity to go sightseeing that afternoon. Once we finally checked in, the room was ok but unexceptional. The real problem was that in a city where it was between 95-100 degrees fahrenheit, the AC was not working properly. We finally got someone to come and check it, and they assured us it was working fine, even though no cold air was blowing and it was probably pushing 80 degrees. And the little fridge didn't work very well either.

The hotel is located in the center of Xi'an, adjacent to the famous attractions such as the wall, bell tower, Hui Street, etc. The surrounding entertainment, shopping center, culture and art street, and the characteristics of the hotel are all very welcome. Snack Street, shopping, entertainment is very convenient. Look forward to your visit again!

The Grand Noble Hotel is a luxury hotel built by Taiwan's Ying-hui Group and provides first-class facilities and comprehensive services for leisure and business guests. The hotel is located in the heart of the ancient city of Xi'an, the most prosperous business district, shopping, entertainment and a variety of local restaurants, specialty shops in one, adjacent to the city's tourist attractions, traffic is very convenient.
