Don’t stay here. I want it all to myself. Enjoy mediocrity elsewhere.
The room smells musty, like nobody stays there for years; there is a policeman at each floor, checking everyone who enters hotel and the guest needs to tell him room number and name.
Overall fairly centrally located hotel. Walking distance to Zhongshan Road, and a short cab to the International Ferry Terminal and Coffee Street. Also a fairly short-medium cab to Nanputou Temple and Zeng Cuo An. If you get a "sea view" room - it's a beautiful view of Gualungyi on a sunny day! All the hotel staff are quite nice, the only reason not 5 stars for staff is that only 1 person seemed to speak english well, and we had to ask for someone to call a cab - as opposed to a concierge waiting/asking if you needed one (but they did very quickly hail a cab when we asked)
