The Perla III complex consists of two six-storey blocks, a communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens and a tennis court. It is located on Avda. De La Mota, in the second line of the beach, just fifty metres from the sand. In the surrounding area, you will find all kinds of services, as well as tranquillity, little traffic and guaranteed rest.

Apartment on the sixth floor with lift. Everything in perfect condition, with three bedrooms, a main bathroom and an additional one in the corridor (both with bathtub), functionally furnished, and very cosy. It has an independent kitchen next to the living-dining room, from where you access a large terrace (with awning) facing East with panoramic sea views, and also to the common areas and swimming pool. The apartment offers air conditioning in the living-dining room, and ceiling fans in the three bedrooms. Capacity 6 people.

NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (under thirty years old).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
