Oasis bl.II bajo Norte Solo Familias

The OASIS residential complex is a low-rise three-storey building without a lift, located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 26, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.



It offers a beautiful pool with a shallow area surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.



First floor apartment, all in perfect condition with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with dishwasher and cosy living room with access to a large terrace (with awning) facing East, fronting the sea, with fabulous sea views. From here, going down some stairs, you access a large private garden with direct access to the beach. In the garden, we find a barbecue area. Includes closed garage.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!



Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
