Luke’s property is perfect for close access to the beach on a quiet street along with all the amenities you need for a quick trip or extended stay. We would book this property again in a heart beat!

Beautiful apartment/location, everything you need

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated in a cozy/modern beach vibe, with comfy beds, everything you could possibly need available (shampoo, body wash, laundry pods were particularly appreciated so we didn't need to purchase and waste leftovers!). Steps away from a sandy beach. Plenty of places to eat close by. The only "minus" is the noise from the upstairs apartment (it isn't obnoxious, just footsteps and occasional thuds during daytime and briefly around 1am - probably a trip to the bathroom or something lol), but I was expecting it from another review, so didn't bother me. Everything good FAR outweighs the sounds. I'd love to stay again and hope to!

Great place to stay in heart of Wrightsville Beach

Nice place. Great location. In first floor unit you do hear people above you. Great location. Close to beach and shops. Seamless check in and great communication from owner. Updated kitchen has everything you need.

Great Location!

This is a nice little spot in a great location! Being able to walk 1 minute to the beach is perfect! There are many restaurants also within walking distance and a small grocery if you forgot something and don't want to drive into Wilmington. The condo was nice and clean and there was definite attention to detail. The coffee maker is a Keurig, that is one thing I couldn't find on the listing and a few coffee pods are provided complimentary. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Communication was great with the owner, as well. The unit is the lower level, so there is some noise if you have someone staying above you, but nothing too bad. Definitely a very nice find!

Quaint and Comfortable

Property is extremely clean and quaint, right in the middle of town. Furniture is comfortable and amenities are perfect for a beach stay. Luke was very communicative throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Very pleased with the quality of the small appliances, kitchen items. Sometimes Owners seem to cheapen the experience, yet this owner had nice quality furniture, and provided many small convenient things.
