Esta casa es nuestra nueva lista de la que podemos presumir en nuestra parte especial del mundo. 54 Kendall está ubicado entre el prístino río Wooli y el espectacular Océano Pacífico con las islas solitarias a la orilla del mar

54 Kendall está ubicado en la parte más nueva de la ciudad, donde las casas están rodeadas por el Parque Nacional Yuragyir y esta casa se encuentra muy cerca del parque para aterrizar en la playa. Esta casa todavía tiene esa nueva sensación y es muy moderna con un estilo hermoso. 3 habitaciones grandes, 2 baños, sala de estar abierta, cocina y habitaciones familiares, con una gran área de entretenimiento al aire libre para disfrutar del aire libre. La brisa del mar y el sonido del océano hacen de 54 Kendall un lugar muy fresco y relajante para sus merecidas vacaciones. Las mascotas también son bienvenidas (solo 2 como máximo afuera): el patio trasero está cercado. ** Los perros deben estar atados cuando están afuera y en la playa.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here previously , fully fenced and as we have 2 dogs this was a prime consideration.The property is well maintained, spacious and comfortable.

Advising me after I’ve left that there is no linen, towels, hot water or basic items such as paper towels, hair dryer etc is not acceptable when you have paid a high price to enjoy the comforts of a home. I don’t expect to have to camp in a house after a 8 hour drive when I could have stayed at a motel where such basic items as above would have been provided.

I made a complaint to stayz and asked for assistance

The property manager moved me from this property to a different property that was not suitable or in any way similar to this. I contacted stayz and spoke to jan and then her supervisor and was told as elders had gone rouge stayz was unable to help me. I left the property as it was unsafe. Totally unacceptable experience and will not use stayz again

Very Disappointing!!!

The agent was dishonest. She promised to refund the cleaning fee as the BBQ and stove were greasy, the hot water tap in kitchen didn't work and the domestic garbage bin overflowed on the front footpath and stayed that way for our 5 day stay. The garage door was broken resulting in an open garage for our holiday and builders next door left us with a dust covered car. With no response and false promises from Clarence Holiday Coast Real Estate we would avoid using them again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the same property for the last few years and again really enjoyed our break.Noticed some improvements to facilities - new fridge and couch and plantation shutters in some bedrooms.

Weekend break

House very suitable for 2 couples Loved listening to the waves all night Didn't appreciate the outside blind banging all night in the wind, nor power being off 9am to 6pm (town-wide shut-down) nor needing a bucket to flush the toilets... The bucket, however, had a large crack, increasing the challenge!
