kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms open onto wide verandas, allowing sea breezes to cool the home. Additionally, there is reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is
clean, modern, and well-equipped. The home is freshly painted with simple decor, and the fully fenced grounds provide ample off-street parking for boats and cars.
Bird Song is conveniently located close to the Wooli Bowls Club, tennis courts, children's playground, beach accesses, the Cenotaph, and the local Wooli eateries.
