We, to no fault of the hotel accidently booked the wrong dates for our stay. Of course we did non-refundable so I called and the front desk was extremely friendly and had no issues moving our dates. I will say when we checked in we'd originally booked a room with a couch and we did not have that in the room we got but since they made the correction on our mistake we made due and stuck it out. Breakfast was fine. Some variety but pretty standard. Property was quite and we didn't have any issues inside. We stayed 2 nights. The morning after our first night as we were walking out housekeeping was cleaning the room across the hall. She saw us leave and we hoped she would service our room but she didn't. Some hotels are getting back to daily services but they must not be.

Got into my room and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Immediately was moved to another room. I was very tired so glad there was no delay. Right across the hall from the first room so it only took a couple of minutes. Prompt, attentive service from Taylor at the front desk.

Not what I thought it would be.

Check in was nice. The desk clerk was friendly. However the halls had a bad smell going to the room. The room was not clean! There was so much long dark hair in the bathroom there is no way that it was cleaned properly. The hair continued on into the bed spread and that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I had to go get bathroom towels, bath matt.
