Waterpark Hotels in Woodruff, WI

"July 19, 2025 4 nights.This is our 2nd time staying here. We enjoy this beautiful cabin very much. My family and their kids enjoyed 4 nights . The fishing is good especially for the kids off the pier. We caught 2 large northerns. One we landed because we had brought our own net off the pier. Very exciting! We caught several bass . With a fair amount of bites but not quite landing them. Better luck next time! Love the kayaks and canoes. Enjoyed the pontoon boat and paddle boat. The Lilly pad is a big hit with the kids!!!!!!!We cooked all our meals here and the kitchen is somewhat stocked with pots and pans. We brought a few extra things up from experience the year before. The bedroom upstairs got warm and stuffy as the temperature outside went up. A fan would help up there. The basement entertainment is great for the kids at night. We found the mosquitoes were pretty bad at dusk. It prevented us from enjoying camp fires but not much you can do when by a lake in summer . The sandy area is great for the kids. I’m not good with technology so having everything connected to the WiFi for turning things on or the pad on the wall in kitchen I never did get that to work. I couldn’t get the pontoon keys back in the lock box up under the porch by the house when we left. Sent a message in VRBO to owner but didn’t hear back so I left the keys in the cabin. Probably my error with technology. This is a great place to rent and enjoy quality time with the family!"

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay here! Quiet lake-even with 4th of July, not many people on it. We’re not fishermen but we could see lots of fish from dock. Wonderful time enjoying our own Lily Pad on the lake. Beautiful dock with bench at the end to just sit and relax. Canoe was available but we used our kayaks-nice paddle around lake. Beds were very comfortable. We used them all. Plenty of space indoors to enjoy game playing when it rained outside. Very close to Minocqua to enjoy festivities there, also. Many restaurants nearby, also. Only thing that may need improvement is WiFi wasn’t very fast, so streaming or working from this location probably not advisable. My hotspot worked fine for that though. Would definitely recommend for vacationing in this area!"
