Convenient location, room was very nice with a full kitchen. I'm not a fan of the "unattended hotel" concept, but we didn't have problems, and the response to a phone call was prompt and helpful. The area around the hotel can be a bit noisy, but this is in the middle of a large city.

This hotel was awesome! I received an email 3 days before giving the easy option of checking in online. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating even with a system glitch that they were able to correct quickly. The family room was already set up for us and was plenty of room for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).
