Nice place, service underwhelmed

Clean and new hotel, but it was hard for us to find as it is not on older GPS devices and our cell service did not work. We had a strange issue that one of our two rooms was unknowingly canceled but front desk staff was able to resolve it. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff seems new or overwhelmed because only one young man was trying to work the desk, prepare breakfast, clean up on a Saturday morning. Coffee was empty, some food was out, milk and juice gone, and no forks.

New hotel with small issues

This hotel was only open for 3 weeks. Room was great, breakfast was great. A couple of issues: the address for the hotel does not come up in Google maps. As the hotel is 1/2 mile off the main road, it is not easy to find. They were having problems with the keys, as they could not get most of them to work correctly. The desk staff did not know how to bill correctly. I ended up with a prepaid reservation, but 2 additional charges for the same night of stay. Took a week to get this resolved. Staff tried to fix issues, they just did not have the training to do so. Still, a new hotel in a small town worked well for our travel plans.

This property in new and we had stayed in another of the same properties in Springfield, Colorado previously. The only thing that I guess I could mention for fellow travelers is, there is no elevator.
