It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Outstanding hospitality.

The staff was amazing! Placed flowers before arrival for my guest. Bed was super comfortable. And the room was clean.

Nice room and view. Easy to check in and check out. Was also given a $10 breakfast credit

Property was very charming and had a bit of a European feel...

Absolute gem in downtown Winter Park. Great locale, associated properties, food, and (one of my musts) lovely linens, toiletries, and robes.

We booked weeks in advance with Orbitz for a 2 night stay, starting March 18th 2018. We were planning to arrive at 10pm, which is a bit late, so we called ahead four or five times to make sure someone would be there. No answer. When we arrived at 10pm there was no one at the front desk, and the inner front door was locked. The house phone had a permanent busy signal, and there was no note or key for us. We knocked and knocked: nothing. We also called the phone number on the sign near the door multiple times and left at least two messages, but no one ever picked up or called us back. Finally I went around to the back of the restaurant and found a busboy who was able to let us in via the restaurant. One of the managers of the restaurant said she used to work at the front desk and was able to use the computer there to check us in. We went skiing the next day and came back (March 19th) to find that the hot tub had been drained. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this hotel in the first place! The room smelled a bit odd and we had to open the window for a while to air it out, despite the cold. When we checked out, no one was at the desk yet again, so we just left our room keys there. Lots of room for improvement here, but on the whole I just can't believe there is literally no one ever at the front desk!

Great location in the center of the town of Winter Park, close to resort. Bed and room were comfortable, nice bathroom. Only thing to improve would be to have staff available at check in and check out - we had to wait a long while both times as the desk was not staffed (the bartender in the in-hotel bar called someone each time).

I really liked this place a lot! Rooms are comfortable and plain but nice touches. The breakfast was outstanding. Great chocolate croissants, yogurt parfaits, yum. The hot tub was very pleasant right out back. My only complaint was the 4pm check in. We got there at 3 and no rooms were ready. The guy showed up a bit past 4. While they did indicate 4pm check in guarantee, I didn't notice it and frankly that's pretty late. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it!

My husband and I stayed here for a ski weekend. The inn has been tastefully remodeled and there is a nice Italian restaurant and a breakfast cafe on the lower level. It is conveniently located near shops and the free shuttle to the ski resort. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very cozy Inn located right in the center of Winter Park town! Convenient to shopping, nice restaurants, and most importantly the Winter Park Resort! I highly recommend this place and will stay again the next time I vacation to Winter Park! So take the short drive from Denver and check it out!

The Good: Beautifully renovated rooms with an Italian flair. Extremely comfortable beds. Salon quality toiletries. Rooms were perfectly clean. Soft and fluffy towels and bathrobes provided. Great location in the middle of town. Rooms were very quiet. The Bad: Rooms are small, no closets. No elevator to second floor where most of the rooms are located. Location is a drive to the ski resort. Hot tub is down a set of stairs behind the hotel, would not be accessible for some. We had a great visit to this old hotel which has been tastefully and beautifully renovated. There is a coffee bar/cafe which had delicious food located in the lobby area, there is also a nice upscale Italian restaurant/bar but we did not eat there. Location is right across the street from the downtown park area, at the time the Winter Park Jazz festival was in full swing there. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance fro the hotel. Would stay here again!

Thank you for sharing some feedback on your recent stay with us! I understand that a 4pm check in time is not the earliest in the industry, but as we are a basic service property and are oftentimes sold out, the later check in time allows us to get everything clean for our arriving guests as we also have a pretty relaxed check out time of 11am. We are pleased that you enjoyed the many improvements and amenities we have made to the property including the heated salt water hot tub & variety of breakfast options in the cafe. Thank you sincerely for your recommendation and we look forward to having you back again with us soon! Sincerely,
