room #12 was huge and had a very large bathroom area. The breakfast could have been a little more, at lease some toast and jelly. It was mainly just sweet pastries. This place is right in the middle of everything. You can almost walk to everything.

We were a bit worried because the photos online are not very detailed, and the first impression from the outside isn't the best, however when I checked in the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have been partly updated and were very clean and roomy. Overall a great stay at a wonderful price! The continental breakfast was a nice surprise too. Awesome location across from great shopping and dining, and a short drive to the slopes.

Staff was great. Room very clean and well kept. We found this gem this trip. Stayed at various places in winter park and this was the least expensive and presently supporting for the accommodations. Highly recommended.

Pros: large room! Very clean for an older facility. Yummy baked goods in the morning! Very simple check in and check out! Easy to walk to dining and shopping! Cons: hard to find the driveway! That was all we had a problem with.
