Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Great unit and location. I am disappointed that we were given the information about the two hot tubs and the codes to access them but, were not told that they were closed for construction for the season. I would have chosen a different location if I knew there were not hot tubs available... Not ok.

Excellent Location, Super Clean, Hot Tub Not Working
We love staying here! Such a convenient location for kids/families, this unit was super clean, too, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Hot tub/pool were out of service, and some folks in the building indicated that it’s been for a while. Not a deal breaker for us but helpful to know for packing and telling littles ahead of time not to expect it.
