A remarkably spacious four-bedroom townhome situated in downtown Winter Park, within the Arrow development, provides breathtaking views of the Continental Divide from its private rooftop hot tub. Its advantageous location on Main Street guarantees easy access to summer festivals at the Rendezvous Event Center, as well as a short walk to a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. For those needing transportation to the ski resort, the complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the complex. Our unit can comfortably host up to ten guests, features a tandem parking garage for two vehicles, and includes four levels of interior living space.
The ground level of this townhouse offers access to the two-car garage, along with entry to a hallway adorned with hardwood flooring, which includes a small area designated for hanging jackets and outdoor gear. Furthermore, this floor contains a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as access to the private patio located at the rear of the unit, providing opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.
The primary level of this beautifully decorated space showcases a modern aesthetic enhanced by high-end furnishings, soaring ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace paired with a flat-screen HDTV, and a cozy private deck. The open-concept layout features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious kitchen island that seats four at the breakfast bar. The upper level of the townhouse provides access to the unique rooftop deck, which presents breathtaking views of the mountains and downtown Winter Park, best enjoyed from the private hot tub. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to this unit during your stay. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.

This unit is in an excellent location in downtown Winter Park. The unit is as described and the owners are very responsive. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and they sent maintenance immediately to resolve the issue. Highly recommend if you have a family of 6 or seven people. As an added bonus for BBQ lovers, the location of the unit is in walking distance to the best BBQ in town!
