Please, if you smoke don't book our wonderful condo. We no longer allow fires in the fireplace for safety reasons so please respect this decision made by the building owners.

Find peace and quiet within walking distance of energetic Winter Park. Come and enjoy our renovated, non-smoking one bedroom condo with fantastic mountain views while listening to the rhythmic sounds of the Fraser River just steps from the front door across a large grass lawn. Our High-Country Haus location is a 3 minute walk to the complex recreation center,, and a 10- 15 minute walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, cinema, county recreation center, and bowling alley with movie theater within downtown Winter Park.

Our one-bedroom unit sleeps 2 and includes a full-size leather sofa. The full-service kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with full-size dishwasher, glass top stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric hot water pot, crockpot and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea and spices needed to enjoy the eat-in kitchen for a long weekend or several weeks stay.

Take a nap by the Fraser River, sit in the shade of mature evergreens, hike the Fraser River trails or sit and relax by the fireplace while listening to music, reading, using the free WIFI or watching TV on the HD flat screen television.

The Winter Park Blue Line Ski Shuttle Stop is steps from the front door and provides free rides to and from Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Summertime brings golf at nearby Pole Creek golf course, fly fishing, hiking, biking with warm days and cool nights while the winter season brings skiing, snowshoeing and tubing at the nearby Fraser Sledding Hill. The Town of Fraser is a 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive north of the condo. A beautiful drive just north of town provides access to Devils Thumb Ranch for cross country skiing, snowshoeing or sleigh rides through the forest. Secure your skis during the winter months in the locker box at the entry to our unit.

Rental privileges include access to the newly renovated clubhouse with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, game room, coin operated laundry, outdoor pavilion and playground for kids. The building management does not allow renters to have pets (only owners) and neighbors watch each other to ensure the rule is enforced. Please make other arrangements of your pet. Thanks.

We had a fabulous ski trip to Winter Park, staying at this apartment in Hi Country Haus. The owner messaged us to whilst we were travelling to say we could go in early, which was a generous nice start to our trip.The place was spotless and warm on arrival, had plenty of space for storage and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Shops a short walk away to get essentials.The bathroom was well stocked with shampoos and soap etc, and the bedroom was comfortable and warm.Overall, a great place to stay.

Quiet and cozy

The property was wonderful. Quiet, clean, literally 105 steps to the shuttle stop (I counted), The only downside was that it is very small. BUT, that being said, if all you have is two reasonably sized people, it is plenty. Great property!

Very clean and comfortable place, close to shops, retail, slopes, etc. Household items and some toiletries were provided as well. The Winter Park shuttle stop is right outside the door. We enjoyed the recreation center because of the spas and the pool table! Highly recommended you book your Winter Park trip at this spot.

Best equipped place we have stayed at for 10 years of Winter Park ski vacations. Host was exceptionally accommodating when avalanche closed the roadway. Responsive. Only issue was toilet has apparently restricted rinse jets resulting in limited clearing.

Fantastic little condo!

The place was perfect for our 3 days at Winter Park. Close to the mountain and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Place was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The bed very comfortable. I Would recommend this place. My only complaint was no TV in no bedroom. But that’s a personal preference..
