This condo features a ski storage closet, an in-unit washer/dryer, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, deck for lounging after a long day and fully stocked kitchen and baths. A skylight in the living room fills the space with natural light, even in Winter months. The modern clubhouse offers a pool, hot tubs, pool table, and exercise equipment.

Catch the free shuttle to Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas right outside the building.

Primary bedroom: King bed with new Hybrid plush mattress.
Second bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed, both new mattresses.
Third room: Four twin bunk beds.

Each bathroom includes a tub/shower and is stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner, lotions, and hair dryers. The kitchen has new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, cookware, and dishes.
