This completely renovated condo includes beds for six people, all new mattresses, a large private deck with seating and forest views, wood-burning fireplace, private ski locker, free Wi-Fi (not shared), washer/dryer in the unit, and a shuttle stop right at the base of the building. The kitchen is completely updated with new cabinets and quartz counter tops. The kitchen, with table seating for six, is open to the main room of this 950 square-foot condo. The master has a private bath, queen bed and day bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with twin trundle.

The Hi Country Haus complex has a great location in downtown Winter Park. Walk to the new Fireside Market, shops, restaurants and outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and fly fishing.

The new community center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table, and small kitchenette. The main lounge area has expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Adjacent to this area is a custom table and chairs. The lockers room are equipped with bathroom stalls, showers and lockers.

The indoor pool/spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
