This was my first time staying at this hotel. I can honestly say it won’t be the last time. All of the staff was fantastic! Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable at the same time. Everyone needs a raise. I felt like we were one big happy family. The room was beautiful and clean.

The hotel was better tham expected, the rooms were very clean and big,very spacious. We were traveling to visit family in Winter Haven,and it was the best hotel we have stayed in while being there. The breakfast was good,the pool was clean,the laundry room was complimentary so big plus. The only small issue we encountered was that we could not stream movies to the tv,either then that,I highly recommend this hotel and I'll def be returning.
