We have taken pleasure in making sure the home we provide has the listed amenities available, is clean, and is well maintained. Although we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in the hamper. Also, please report any malfunctioning appliances or issues to us right away. The house is very comfortable, and we hope you love it as much as we do. We want to emphasize that there is to be absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Also, cooking with strong-smelling spices or deep frying is prohibited. Guests have done this in the past and it has taken nearly three days to remove the strong odors from the house, even with our professional cleaning. If the home is found to have a pungent smell from cooking or smoking following your stay, we will need to impose a $300 fine.

Absolutely perfect. The host was beyond reachable and responsive. Super clean five minutes from the fields where we had to spend hours, so that was amazing. Great location for any family having to do softball tournaments in that area. Five minutes to stores eateries everything you would need. Would def stay here again!!

Super clean house and great service!

Our stay at this house was great. We were in Winter Haven for a volleyball tournament at the Advent Fieldhouse Conference Center. The center was less than a mile away from the house. The house is very clean and matches the description. During check in, there was one thing we needed help with, and the owner came to the property and helped us very quickly. If we have to visit Winter Haven again, we would definitely stay here.
