We chose Best Western Plus Winter Haven Inn & Suites because of the online reviews. This hotel is in walking distance to Legoland and several nearby restaurants, so extremely convenient. Room and facilities overall were very clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had frankly was minor, and since we were there for one night we didn't make a deal about it. Our fridge had a really bad musty odor, so it must have been wiped down and the door immediately closed instead of left open to air out. Breakfast comes with your stay and is about what you should expect from a free hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. For us cleanliness is a must this day and age, and this one is passes that test.
