I originally booked this hotel for 5 nights. When I got into my room I immediately noticed stains on the bed that looked suspiciously like mold, dirt, stains, and the window was eye level with the parking lot so anyone could look in. I went to the front desk to explain the state of the room and was told I could choose another room if they looked good, but would not be getting any kind of refund if I chose another room. When I went to look at the other rooms I noticed the same things, but they still didn’t look as bad. It’s worth noting that I attempted to look at the sheets as that was my main concern and was told I was worrying about “small things” and to please not touch anything, so I didn’t get to look. I stayed there for one night and ended up leaving the next day after I found a bug in my purse that I had put on one of the beds. I turned in my key, explained I was leaving early, and again asked for any kind of refund, and was told no. Later I contacted Expedia and the hotel through Expedia asking for a refund. Expedia was very kind and contacted the hotel. I then received a message from the manager calling me a liar and saying he would’ve given me a refund. He claimed I was rude to staff when he was the only staff I interacted with. Due to this I ended up filing a complaint with Wyndham. After filing that complaint, I got a voicemail from the manager threatening me and calling me rude, and the next morning received an email from him essentially saying the same thing.

Clean room. Hot shower. Comfy soft bed. They had the heat turned off when we arrived and it took awhile to warm up the room. Only downside was the smell in the building is old, just stinks. Target is just down the street so I just bought stuff to freshen up the room.

Less than expected from a name brand hotel.

Room looked clean. The sheets has a small blood drop in it and one pillow case also had a bloody spot on it. The towels looked to be somewhat dirty or stained. But room was quiet and room fine.

Check-in no one at desk, had to pick up a phone to call, man wasn't very nice, mumbled something and hung up. I minute later a woman came out, she was nice. Room condition wasn't the best. Dirt in drawers, drains in sink and tub wouldn't drain very good. Also the heater in room kept coming on and off every couple minutes, making it hard to fall asleep. We finally had to turn it off, which isn't pleasant in the winter. Room was cheap, but could of been better care with cleaning. Probably wouldn't go again there.

This hotel is horrible. I have stayed at other Super 8 hotels, but this was by far the worst. The water from the bathroom faucet was brown. There were holes in the sheets, it smelled like smoke, the walls were super thin as we could hear the people next door very clearly. We were on the ground floor, or should I say in the ground floor, which means the window was eye level to cars. Not safe, the first thing I did was lock the window, why would it not be? The bathroom was gross, not cleaned/used for awhile. Do not stay here.
