I had the King bedroom suite with a sofa, chair, and a huge TV. I have been traveling with lots of stops, and while it is an older hotel, it was very clean, and I would go back next time in Winnemucca.

Hardest hotel bed I've ever slept in. This is a newly remodeled, renamed hotel, and they have done a lot to make it nice! But the beds were terrible! You could feel the springs and metal support, and it was about as soft as a quilt on top of a piece of plywood. The updates made it super cute, and it felt safe and cozy.... except the bed. Most everything was updated besides the shower.

The stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable, no one bothered us. The check in process was great. HOWEVER, the floors were dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the lamps did not match each other and there were holes in the wall from construction. The sheets were not clean, there was no extra secure locks on the door.

The bed was very hard and I’m used to sleeping on a firm mattress. The sheets were thin. The housekeeper forgot to leave an extra roll of toilet paper and there were no Kleenex. There was coffee in the room but no coffee cups or creamer or sugar packets.

The room was clean, but the queen bed was only a box spring, so uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom was broken and couldn't be closed all the way, so no privacy. The toilet roll holder was broken, and the toilet was so low it was difficult to sit or stand from it. And the walls/ceiling was so thin that the people above us, who were up at 3am, woke us both us just walking around. Probably will not stay there again.

Upon arrival today, both rooms had absolutely filthy sheets, stains everywhere, on all covers, on every layer. There was also a broken stair that caused one of our employees to slip and cause damage to our sensitive equipment. Checked out immediately and went to a real hotel. Refund for this room is pending. Will pursue legal action - and removal from Expedia - until the second hotel is also paid for.

At check in the lady was maybe having a bad day. Not friendly. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest and was terrible. They did give me a different room which was fine. But the same lady from check in seemed as though I put her out and she did not even offer an apology for having to change rooms. The buildings are supposed too be being renovated so hopefully the broken concrete stairs will be fix.

The room was not entirely clean. The floors were swept and surfaces appeared wiped down, but the whole room smelled of chlorine so badly that I had to leave the windows open for a few hours to clear it out. I paid for two king bed suites on the second floor and I was given two queen bed rooms on the lower floor. There was hair on the bathtub floor and on the bed sheets. Lots of better places to stay in winnemucca.

We stayed 1 days and they said they charge 2 days because we did not check out at 11am we had emergency so we had to leave at 5pm but check in supposed to be 3pm we got there almost 9pm check out. If free breakfast or very looks modern I do not mind pay, but building is very old and bathtub and very old, shower head not even flexible to move and stuck. And has hole in the door, and front door a lot of gap and cold air coming in. And plus I was make sure to verify reservation before we go, nobody answer the phone at all I try to call 5 times a day. No one available to answer.

Was a motel under construction. Lot of vehicles and equipment in places where I needed to walk. Staff not particularly warm or friendly. Oh well. Had a bed a toilet and a shower and heating. Don’t like those units that are both heating and A/C. They’re too loud to leave on for sleeping. The rooms were clean, but carpet on the floor is more friendly to cold feet than faux wood floor. Shocked to see how many businesses have gone under in the last few years.

They were under "remodeling", pool was neglected and green, so was the shower tub, (no plug for drain, peeled paint, green ring in tub, no rung on wall) Bed was on a metal stand that "oil canned" loudly when you moved. Room looked remodeled except for the bathroom. had the shortest toilet I've ever experienced. The entry door was loose, unsafe, and showed light to the outside all around edges. Coffee maker had no caffeinated cups, just 2 de-cafe pods. I was told only the lobby (50 yds away) had coffee. no plastic for Ice bucket. This place was a dump!!
