Island Vacation House w/ Pool Minutes to Downtown

This spacious, luxurious, 5 bedroom, Wine Country home has it all. Enjoy the stunning backyard featuring a tiki style bar and grill, fire pit, with a zen water fall and outdoor dining. The pool has a rock waterfall and an in-ground hot tub creating the perfect relaxing setting. Across the street is a park perfect for the kids to play on the playground or walk the dog around. Just 10 min from Downtown Healdsburg and 5 min to the Santa Rosa airport and the famous Russian River Brewing Company.
Guest access
We can heat the pool for a fee during the winter months for $100 a day. Please let us know if you would like us to turn the heater on prior to your arrival.

There is one heater that controls the pool and the hot tub. We can switch it back and forth upon request. It only takes about 20min to bring the spa up to temperature.

Both pool and spa will be warm upon arrival.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool and a washing machine.
