Only stayed one night with my husband. Modern hotel, well situated in city centre. Good selection of restaurants and bars in the hotel. The Ekipa restaurant had an extensive buffet incorporating many Namibian specialities as well as the a la carte menu. We loved our Kingklip Thermadore. Excellent, spacious rooms well-equipped with facilities including tea/coffee, ironing board, hairdryer, bath and shower - all as you might expect from a Hilton hotel. There is a small health spa and a small gym. I had a back massage in the former which was good although the walls are thin and it was hard to relax with loud music booming through from the sky bar next door conflicting with my soothing spa music. Top floor pool can get a bit busy especially with the gym, the spa, the sky bar and the views all confined to the same small space. Great cocktails though! And although we didn't use it, there's a casino in-house too. Charming, pleasant staff throughout. Would recommend.

Nice staff, feel homely, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and clean big rooms. We arrived early in the morning and had to check in quickly and comfortably. good breakfast and good food in general. Missing the hairdryer and ironing board in the room, but the staff quickly fixed. one negative that there were cockroaches up on the roof bar, it was not fun to sit comfortably when it's a little nasty.

Nice Hilton property that's worth carrying its brand. The decors are nice of all restaurants, rooms and other aminities. Spa offers great treatments, rooftop pool is small, but nice and the sushi restaurant is devine as its name suggests. Do book this hotel to unwind after your 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000+ km of driving through Namibia before flying back home.

It's one of the best Hilton experience as far as customer service, food and convenience. Minor complaints were addressed right away. Front desk is cordial especially at the executive lounge. R+ to Vivian and Ana as they were excellent in attending to our needs. It's one of the smaller Hilton but we got the start treatment so we're very satisfied. We will stay there again next time. They got the sky bar at the rooftop and the place was rocking that Friday.

After 3 weeks in NA we were soooo happy to finally find a place where the staff is friendly and smiling, the beds are comfortable (not hard as hell), the food is (finally) a la carte and is very good, good wine, a good pool, and last but not least the breakfast is incredible. Finally finally a choice of bread, after 3 weeks of only toast and some strane pink sausage. The only thing we didn't find was smoked salmon and champagne, but the rest is worth flying for! Thanks!

I enjoyed Namibia to the fullest. It is one country that I will like to visit over and over again. The humanity and hospitality from Namibians is very remarkable. My Stay at the Hilton Honors Namibia was remarkable. The Tourism industry in Namibia is evolving very fast.

Pro’s - centrally located in the CBD, modern, clean, good food, friendly staff. Con’s - Didn’t arrange our airport transfers despite receiving an email confirming that it was booked and we we’re left stranded at the airport for a while until we figured what to do which ended up being more costly. Could hear a lot of noise through the ceiling, sounded like furniture from the upper level was being moved. Only one out of three elevators was working - had to wait ages to get an elevator.

The lift wasn't working & they never put 'out of service' note, I got in the elevator me & 2 of my friends & got stuck for 30 full minutes!!!! Until they got someone to sorted out! & said they need to get someone from Schindler themselves & when they very late & we where inside they said it's the traffic! Can you believe it!?? They can't open the elevator door & help us until someone drives all the way to the hotel from Schindler! Poor service! Poor security! No apology! Not recommended what so ever!! The front desk manager 'imoji' is a complete disgrace to this hotel, she said you're bills are paid in full & I can't compensate you! & that nothing in her hands! Worst handling of a situation! No empathy!

Excellent hotel to start or end your safari/overland experience in this stunning country. Ideal location, very friendly personel. Beds are just perfect ! The roof top pool is heated and the Sky bar does offer you the best view on Windhoek.

After a week camping on safari, this hotel was bliss! It's a perfect place to spend a night or two. I've stayed in numerous Hilton's all over the world and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, the pool was clean and the breakfast was good. We tried a more local hotel before the safari, thinking we should avoid the big chain hotels but we regretted it. If you want your luxuries, book the Hilton Windhoek
