The desired rooms were not made available. Check in and check out experience was terrible each taking more than 45 min. The hotel doesn't have a conceirge to keep luggage. The room service, restaurant and breakfast food options are limited. The quality of food for the price is extremely sub standard. Despite of being a loyal member and making many requests for lounge access, late check-out etc. were not honoured. Please don't stay here and try other options. Though not 5 star but are good hotels.

Stayed here for 1 night at the end of a Namibian safari and the hotel is in an excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to the craft market, the airport is not too far away and there are various shops on the doorstep as well. The roof bar is very good for having a drink to watch the sun go down also. The room was clean and comfortable and consistent with Hilton's international standards.

I was supposed to have 2 nights, but my flight was cancelled,. so I only got one. This is a very nice hotel within walking distance to about anything you would want to see in Windhoek. They also have an airport shuttle, which I used.

Giovanni (staff member), completely made the entire stay experience worth the stay. Food selection away from the hotel is plentiful and easily within walking distance. Food at the hotel is good but do venture away at times.

Stayed two nights at the end of our safari before returning home. The hotel is centrally located and it is a very short walk to a good selection of tourist shops and cafes and also the local craft market is close by. The hotel has a great roof top pool and bar overlooking the city. Our room was large and comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast served at the hotel is excellent and extensive, the pastries were to die for. We dined in the main dining room two evenings and our meals were fantastic, it had a very good menu, which included game. Full credit to the kitchen staff here. Our wonderful waitress Anna ensured we had the best of service - what an asset she is to the hotel. We really enjoyed chatting with her. Lambi also ensured we had excellent service. Would definitely return to the Windhoek Hilton and can recommend staying here.

Very nice room. Bottled water with every opportunity. Pool is only one leaf and fits to max. 2 or three people for swimming. Breakfast with Western and African dishes. Fresh juice. Better than Hilton Egypt. Good choice of cheese breads Coffee Waters Teas fruits hams. Healthy Choices.

It was an excellent experience as always. We stay in the Hilton hotel every time we go to Windhoek. From our arrival to the day we left. They have also very secure for your car. The hotel is also near the shops.

Visited the Hilton on my cousin's engagement and boy were we treated speacial. They had an Italian food buffet night, food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes. Could not eat much but had my fair share of the salads. We even got complimentary pizzas. The service however was somewhat flip flop, wrong drink orders, sometimes we had to search for the host. Service at the sky bar was much better and the staff more visible, oh ofcourse they were right infront of us;-).

Traveling to and from Windhoek I stayed here with my friends. We enjoyed! Very nice - good location and our rooms had a small garden. We were able to enjoy the benefits of the Concierge floor and lovely pool and bar on the roof top

I stayed at Hilton for longer days and the hotel is located at middle of the city and very convenient for shopping and restaurant experience around the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The required amenities are available including TV, WiFi, safe, fridge, daily drinking bottle water, iron etc. the bed is comfortable. All staffs at front desk, housekeeping and restaurant provide excellent services. Breakfast is included and it is buffet. If you stay longer, the breakfast is mostly the same and I suggest to the management variety changes daily. Fresh fruits are provided and it is refreshing. Room service orders are available and $5 is added on the order. For me, $5 added on room services is a lot and could discourage room service orders. In general, Hilton is one of the best hotel in Windhoek.
