Stayed there for two nights and it was a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, and the hotel is well-maintained. The guestroom was decent and cozy, a bit stuffy though, since it was very hot on those two days. Love the decor of the dining room where breakfast was served. Enjoyed the time having a nice English breakfast there. Thanks to the staff who are very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when visiting Windermere next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. They even brought our dog some sausage to enjoy! We stayed in a four poster bedroom which was a little tired and our curtains didn't completely close. Occasional weak WiFi signal. A good location for exploring Windermere and easy to use car park. It's a four star hotel but the service was five star.

Wonderful stay, lovely restaurants and shops within 2-5 minutes walk, breakfast hot and cold included and an easy 5 minute walk to information centre to catch your tour. Hosts were very welcoming and rooms a good size with comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.
