Everything was wonderful, the location, the property itself, very peaceful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was because the lockbox combination that was given to us was not working so we had no key to lock the place when we would leave every time, which was kind of unsettling. The property was already unlocked so we were fortunately able to get in. But we left it unlocked so the neighborhood is safe! Lol I contacted the property but no one came out to retrieve key for us unfortunately. That being said, great experience.

Terribly Disappointing
More spider webs and spiders inside the tiny house than outside.Bedding was stained.The dishes, cups, glasses were layered with months of dust.This tiny house is in need of a deep clean and frequent housekeeping.When I shared my complaints with employee at Hill Country Properties (management company)she tried to put us in a different spot, which did not meet our needs.At that point our 6 night reservation was cancelled and was told by Hill Country Properties employee that me that we would get a refund.To date the management company has kept 299 of money that should be refunded to me. At this point we have an open case with Vrbo. They’re going to do an investigation into this situation.This property had a very good rating and was listed as a Premier Property. Misleading review. Beware of any properties management by Hill Country Properties.Again I am terribly disappointed in the property but more with the Hill Country Properties and the employee who also mislead me.
