Staying in a unique building located in an amazing setting of Texas hill country was one thing. The other was how the hosts went the extra mile to assist with the winter storm by providing salt for the outside surfaces and being very responsive and helpful during our stay. Cannot recommend more highly.

2nd time staying here, just as good as the first time

This was our second stay at the A Frame. Jennifer and Gregory were excellent hosts and the house came exactly as advertised — cozy cabin with amazing views, great area, lots of fun overall.

Lovely Anniversary Trip

Refreshing visit

Me and my wife stayed for three nights. It was a wonderful experience. Very clean, well decorated, and in a beautiful area! Would like to go back in the future with my children.

Great place to stay!

The A-Frame was fantastic, beautiful inside with everything you need. The views from inside and out on the decks - beautiful. The hot tub worked great, all the instructions for that and everything in the house were easy to follow. Wonderful place for peaceful getaway, yet still a quick drive to wonderful shops, restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

Two nights was way too short for this amazing cabin. Everything was perfect... the cabin, the property, the view, the hot tub. We enjoyed it all and cannot wait to go back!

A wonderful place that’s exactly as the pictures show. Super clean with thoughtful touches such as a binder filled with info about the area, very clear instructions on the fridge, and treats for our dog! Great location as well.

Magical A Frame

We loved it!!! Cozy & quaint with stunning night sky views. Wimberley is precious…and a stay here at this private retreat made for an amazing birthday getaway for my hubby.

Amazing A Frame

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property - location, size, decor, comfort, and responsiveness of the owners, just to name a few! The A Frame is absolutely beautiful! The hot tub was wonderful, the views are simply amazing from both inside the home as well as outside from the deck or hot tub. The location is remote enough for solitude and privacy, but close enough to the town of Wimberly for restaurants and grocery stores. We just loved this vacation home and plan to visit again!

Perfect Getaway

The A Frame was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. The house and views are unbelievable, especially from the upstairs bedroom and patio. The view of the sunset was amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. Super close to downtown Wimberley but far enough away that you feel secluded. Check in and communication with the owners was seamless. We didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful A Frame

This A Frame was absolutely lovely. The owners thought of everything for their guests. Enjoyed the Hot Tub even though the weather was chilly for our trip. Loved the location! Close to restaurants, & shopping in Wimberley.and Guerne. Go see Dylan at the Quarter shopping center. He has a huge storefront of different artists and their Jewelry. We will definitely be back !

Amazing cabin and stay !

The cabin was exceptional, very clean, has all useful amenities for a weekend and is pet friendly ! The owners even left a dog basket with treats, hair remover roll and towels for our dog. The view is amazing, very peaceful and very well located 10min from the town center. The hot tub is really enjoyable with a nice view. The house architect is very unique and clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owners as well ! Thanks a lot Jennifer and Gregory for welcoming us this weekend in your amazing place !

Smile on your face

We requested this based on any cancellations that may have occurred and the owners reached out to make us aware of sometime available due to a cancellation. Incredibly kind and good communication and the property was perfect. The views are terrific the house was high class modern A Frame. Really clean, convenient and a patio that you won't why to leave. We will be back!

Sister Getaway

We chose the A-Frame for its solitude, the view, and the promise of brilliant stars! We were not disappointed. We had a great time talking, laughing, playing games, & shopping in Wimberley. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed at the A-frame. A glass of wine watching the sunset from the deck or a cup of coffee before sunrise were extra little treats for me. You have a lovely cabin! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great property and great location

The property and A-Frame were fantastic. Lots of great features. Loved the open concept. The hot tub was great. The view is great for sunsets.We enjoyed the stay very much. The location was very close to Wimberley and only a 45 min drive to downtown Austin. A couple things that could have been a little better The quilts didnt smell very fresh. They smelled like they have been used a lot. The bathroom floors need a deep clean. The floors left our socks dirty. Other than that it was a great property. We would definitely come back.

Getaway

We wanted a weekend family getaway to celebrate my sons birthday. This Cabin was perfect ! The Cabin & location were beautiful! The beds were comfy. The cabin was well appointed and stocked, we had everything we needed. We brought games to play and spent most of our time out on the deck, enjoying the beautiful sites, wonderful sunsets and night skies. The hot tub was wonderful too. We enjoyed hot tub later in the evening or in the early hours of the morning because it was still pretty warm during the day. I would love to come back here during cooler temperatures to enjoy the hot tub more. We spent a day visiting charming downtown Wimberley walking & visiting all the shops, getting coffee, ice cream, and meals. Our favorite meal was at the Leaning Pear restaurant. We would’ve liked to stay longer, and do more nature activities available in Wimberley AND of course enjoy the cabin…but the Cabin was only available for the two nights or else we most definitely stayed longer…..Thank You for Sharing your LOVELY CABIN with us !
