Overall, our stay was acceptable. However, we ran into several issues in the “garage apartment” that detracted from our stay. We communicated these issues with the property manager but received disappointing responses. As a result, I cannot offer a recommendation for staying on this property.

This is the perfect setting along the river for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was the perfect layout for hosting as well as the property. The outdoor seating areas are amazing. We loved our stay both at this property and in Wimberley!

This property was amazing! The house was beautiful with tons of seating, places to sleep, and fully stocked with basic amenities. We loved sitting in the chairs on the balcony with cozy blankets and watching the river. Close to so many great shops and restaurants, it still felt cozy and quiet. We loved the mix of rustic and modern, and walking down to the river to hear the sounds. Bathrobes were a top tier amenity! The dog from a neighboring house came to play and was super friendly, and having a dog (we didn’t have one with us) would be easy at this property. We are all looking at good weekends to return with our families or maybe even a group of families together. Thank you to the host who checked in frequently to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed!

By far the best vacation home we have stayed in. The decor is stunning and the fully stocked chef’s kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. So many areas for everyone to spread out in. Especially enjoyed morning coffee on the upstairs deck watching the deer and taking in the beautiful views. Grandkids loved wading in the river which was a short walk. Wimberly is such a pretty town. Made some great memories for our family. Thanks to the host for creating such a special place!

This was our first time back to the Blanco in over 10 years and this house did not disappoint. First class all the way. Everything was well thought out and the location on the river was perfect. The communication with our host was excellent too. Highly recommend!!

GREAT TRIP

We had our 2nd girls trip at this home. It’s absolutely fabulous. We had a great trip. Lots of laughs and quality time. I spend a lot of timeOn the screen in back porch. Took my pup. She is a country girl and loves loves loves the country. I can’t wait to return !!
