Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was very spacious and clean, no carpet, plenty of room to walk around and bathroom was quite large. Everything worked perfectly, front staff was so nice and pleasant in the evening and at check out. Coffee bar open 24 hours and the free breakfast was a bonus. Breakfast offering was more than ample and hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and its location to restaurants and stores was very nice.

The front seat was unattended when I arrived. I waited about 10 minutes then I called the number on the card at the desk. Apparently it was for the property next door. That representative was kind and said she’d get in touch with someone. Then someone came out of the back, Jessica I think. She was less than friendly from the start but when I let her know I was unaware of a pet fee she became rude. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager however she certainly lacked customer service skills. I have a service dog and she was unwilling to work with me at all for the fee. The room itself was clean but there was no hot water. When I called the front desk in the morning the very kind agent said he had no one in maintenance but he could give us another room to shower in. As inconvenient as this was it was at least a solution. Breakfast was mediocre at best, coffee was undrinkable and the juice was watered down.

Property in excellent condition, very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room is on the basic side but has everything you need. Only suggestion would be for better pillows and a little better breakfast selection.
