It was a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a charming small town main street. The space was clean and comfortable for 2-3 people.
Suggestions:
Supply coffee pods or let guests know they need to bring with them.
More seating for those with 3-4 people.
Directions for operating the TV remote.
A few more towels.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Room comfort
Noisy neighbors
It was not a resort or condo. Small apartment with noisy upstairs neighbors. Would not choose to stay here again.
Pros: Unit was clean and had some intriguing appointments, like a remote control fan/light in the kitchen, very nice decorations in the den & bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Area is very rough looking. Unkempt houses surround the property. We got almost no sleep due to a couple of dumpster divers making a lot of noise while rustling through a construction dumpster across the street. A sheriff’s deputy eventually arrived and shooed them away around midnight. At that point, a very loud party broke out in the unit above and kept us awake until after 4:00. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, but we left a little after sunrise and informed the Hotel Arkatone folks we didn’t feel safe & were leaving. We let them know via phone call to 2 different numbers as well as 2 different text messaging targets. They made no effort to correct the issue nor did they offer to refund the unused night’s purchase. Very disappointing.
We don’t blame Hotel Arkstone for the criminal behavior in the neighborhood nor the loud party in the upstairs unit, which we were unaware was owned by them. We did expect to be refunded the 2nd night’s rent since we had a clear and easily understandable reason for leaving.
