Everything was great
The included breakfast is great. The main attendant was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was pretty aggressive about getting in the room, and twice entered even with the "do not disturb" sign up. The Mexican restaurant right next door is nice, and your only walkable option outside of the ARK Encounter. Be aware that it's hard to get a rideshare pickup from this location because it's so remote.
We enjoyed our stay at this motel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The staff was frienldy and courteous, even though we had a negitive experience. I called ahead due to late arrival. Receptionist was very polite. 1st night was ok. It was clean with the exception of the carpet. Our itenerary included a trip to "The Ark Encounter" which was in walking distance of the hotel. Upon our return (in a thunderstorm) we discovered the roof had a leak directly above the clothing rack. Most of our clothes were wet! The phone did not work so i called on my cell. Again, i was greeted professionally and offered another room and 1 of the 2 night stays reembersed. We accepted the offer. The second room reeked of old cigarette smoke and the carpet was dirty, sticky when walked on. There are obvious signs inside and out that the property is in dire need of repair. On a positive note: the on site restaurant had GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!
Spent over $100 a night only to have sand on our sheets, a toilet that leaked water on the floor, floors that had hair from previous guests and overall just a not very clean room.
It was nice. Beds were great, room was clean. Breakfast was not much, and no other place to get any.
Close to the Ark Encounter. That is the main reason. Also great Mexican restaurant.
The property was substandard. The walls were paper thin and you could hear a phone ringing in the next room. You could hear people talking in the next room. My wife and I had booked a nonsmoking room, but there was a clear smell of cigars in the room we were staying in. Another guest gained access into our room while we were watching TV.
room had dirty counters , other people opened napkins and sugar packets and they were still there when i got into the room sheets were all wrinkled, like they been slept in already
I like the roses growing by the check in and parking area. The staff was very friendly.
There is no weather strip under the door in room 224. The gap is a full inch.
Was not the cleanest. Key cards didn't work. Fridge didn't work....did not smell fresh . Like old 1980s hotel with little upgrading. Should be no more than 1 star. Shabby exterior and interior. Bed covers and shower curtains old as were linens. No exhaust fan in bathroom or room that worked. Will not use Orbitz again if this is way business is done! Reviews and ads on internet misleading. ...not worth the $100.00 we paid. We are seniors and find this type deceit on a fixed budget disheartening as will other seniors who travel.
Needs CLEANING, updating, staff could use an overhaul. (Ladies were pleasant, guys were sullen .) Clean yuorselves up. Beds had moisture barrier that bunched up into a mountain of poking plactic. Did not even think of getting breakfast.
