Perfect for riders, competitors, or anyone seeking a quiet and convenient Northern Michigan stay.



The Space:

Welcome to your modern country getaway, a spacious and thoughtfully updated home where every detail supports comfort, calm, and convenience. Set in a rural surroundings yet minutes from dining, wineries, and the Horse Show (4 min drive!), this is the ideal landing spot for both short stays and extended visits.



Inside:

The open living area is bright and freshly updated with comfortable seating, a TV, and an inviting layout that makes it easy to unwind after long days at Flintfields or exploring the region. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer tucked away for guest use.



Both ensuite bedrooms are generously sized and designed with flexibility in mind:



• The first ensuite features a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom with both a tub and a shower.

• The second ensuite offers a queen bed, with a tub/shower combination.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy a private key coded entrance, a private garage, and additional parking for multiple vehicles.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A $59 damage waiver fee is required for each stay and provides accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds that or is found to have been caused intentionally, Manager reserves the right to seek additional costs.



A nonrefundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.



Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, with a maximum of two per stay. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors. Guests should take their pets with them or kennel them when leaving the home. Please clean up after your pets and be considerate of neighbors by preventing excessive barking.



For stays of fourteen days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Guests may request a mid-stay cleaning for shorter visits if desired.

Five StarsThis property is a perfect Northern Michigan retreat, especially if you are in the area for the Traverse City Horse Show. Being only about four minutes from Flintfields made the stay incredibly convenient. Early mornings and long days at the show are much easier when your drive back home is this short.The location is also fantastic because it sits almost right between several great towns. It was easy to go into Traverse City for dinner, head to Elk Rapids to explore the waterfront, or even run over to Kalkaska. Everything felt close while still enjoying the quiet of a peaceful country setting.The house itself is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The two large ensuite bedrooms made it perfect for traveling with others, and the updated interior and open living space made it easy to relax after long days out.We visited during the winter and the fire pit outside was a highlight. Sitting around the fire in the crisp Northern Michigan air made the whole stay feel cozy and memorable.If you are coming for the horse show this place is hard to beat. The proximity to Flintfields alone makes it ideal for riders and spectators alike. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to come back this summer!
