We very much looked forward to staying at this property. However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. Also, the property advertises a heated indoor pool, and surely charges for it as an amenity, but it was unavailable during our stay. In summary. No mention of this or discounted rate was provided, and the rate we paid for a) a very uncomfortable bed, b) poor customer service, c) unusable amenities, resulted in this poor review. Booker beware.

Great location if you are planning on visiting the Grand Canyon. Also a great value. We were pleasantly surprised by the town of Williams which is 5 minutes down the road It has that western town feel with lots of places to eat and stores to shop. Make sure you arrive early enough before stores and restaurants close to enjoy Williams.
