Room was not cleaned well, on two days we had to ask for towels after house cleaning took the dirty ones. Coffee was not replaced on two occasions. Beds sheets were old and pillows cases were ripped Ceiling was leaking from the AC

The staff at the front desk and the ladies who cleaned the room were wonderful. The room was also nice. HOWEVER, the carpeting in the halls was DISGUSTING, which detracted from the positives.

Very friendly staff. I love the location which is right down town. The hotel has alot of choices when comes to restuarants and providing guest entertainment. My friends who stayed at other hotels came to visit and was very impressed with hotel and that the rooms were modern compared to where they were staying. I really loved the staff professionalism and their attentative to accomdate guest with whatever they need. I will definately visit again.

The onlt two positives of this hotel, the staff were great and the location was perfect. The bed was HORRIBLE! If you like to go to bed before midnight, stay away from this location, the noose from the rooftop far was so loud in our room it felt like the party was IN our room.

We stayed in an executive suite which was clean, modern and spacious. Sea view and not far to the bus terminal. Staff were all very nice. On Thursday evenings there are fireworks at 8.15 pm but you need to book Cascada rooftop restaurant a few days in advance. After the fireworks the DJ music turns from a general mix to gangster rap with lyrics people may find offensive. The music goes on most evenings until midnight so don't plan on going to bed early if you are a light sleeper. The ZOH restaurant had a Caribbean band on one evening.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Element Hotel in Curaçao. The hotel was clean, quiet, and perfectly located right in the middle of everything. I was able to walk to the beach, the Emma Bridge, and so many great restaurants nearby, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The staff was helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao.

Location was perfect! The rooms were always extremely clean. Our balcony had gorgeous views (especially of fireworks nightly), the upstairs bar was great, and staff was always so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I’m so happy we stayed here!
