We were given different room than booked. Overall room was OK, similar to other hotels in the area. One block away from the boardwalk, which was great. Room was clean, however towels looked old and stained. Wifi was extremely poor.
Very clean facility. It’s a convenient walk to the boardwalk.
Towel holder was broken, toilet always moved when in used, shower curtain could be change once in awhile. And when sitting outside the wall block the view. Overall was not that thrilled.
We stayed in one of the newly renovated King/Queen suites. Definitely a step up from the older rooms but the air-conditioning was lacking and the King mattress was sinking in the middle and needs to be replaced as does the squeaky frame. The small air conditioner located in the bedroom couldn't keep the suite cold and when closing the bedroom door would cut the other room off from the air leaving it to get hot, humid and very uncomfortable. The suite definitely needs another one added to the front room.
This was a small room in a great location that needs more updating.. It seems that that a trying to upgrade the hotel but it definitely needs a lot of work. At the prices they charge in Wildwood, I definitely expect more.

Nice big clean rooms, huge pool. Check in/out was very quick and the staff was very nice & even let us leave our car to get breakfast. Enough parking which was nice. Orbitz charge was all we paid no additional/hidden fees to pay at checkout. Great stay would definitely come again
Great easy hotel , about a block down from the beach but not a hassle at all! Pool is clean and big and deep !!! Even have a spot for kiddies sectioned off ! Great tables and three to four gas grills readily available and clean for use for cooking so you can save your pennies for the boardwalk! Lots of families and people staying but barely felt crowded! We stayed during the week but was pleased to see the rooms still all full !! Staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival , room was fresh and towels were replaced as needed. Really appreciate the suites being affordable - two queens and a king with a microwave and fridge . Will definitly book for our next year trip !

Thank you for your feedback. We are not sure what type of room you book from the lack of information you provided, but yes we have a few style rooms here and most have been renovated. We continue to improve our property every season.
