Guests will find three cozy bedrooms, including a king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. The two bathrooms feature refreshing showers and handy hair dryers for convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, the space feels inviting and comfortable. New TVs and furniture in every room. This quaint retreat offers a peaceful escape where guests can unwind and recharge. Fall in love with the Villages and enjoy the magic it has to offer on an included Yamaha Golf Cart. Very close to Eastport and Sawgrass as well as St. Tropez and Well Point rec centers, the Woodlands Country Club, pickleball courts, tennis, pitch and putt, and shopping at Magnolia Plaza. Also about a 20 min golf cart ride to Brownwood.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home in the villages. The house was beautiful and the owner was so welcoming. Ken was very assessable during our stay for any questions that we had. Definitely would stay there again. It’s in the newer part of the Villages so when it gets built up more it will be an amazing location!
