The hotel is in poor to average condition at best in the room. Bathroom door had paint peeling off. The shower was terrible and wouldn’t divert water to the shower head hardly at all. All the exterior trash receptacles were over flowing, appeared to have not been emptied in several days. The indoor pool was not operational. The only positive note was the breakfast and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast. Very customer friendly and service oriented

Awful, I wouldn’t stay here ever again! Our family was so exhausted from our 14 hour drive we stayed but wouldn’t ever go back or recommend for anyone with a family!

This is the oldest and least well maintained Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Bathtub was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Rust everywhere. Breakfast server did a great job.

When arriving found out pool was closed for maintenance. Gave us key card for room it wasn’t ready hadn’t even been cleaned. Bed unmade dirty. Went to front desk to get another room took lady couple tries to find a clean room for us. Seems they had a water leak etc fans blowing in hallway and water leaking in bucket from ceiling. Rust in bathtub and spot broken to take bath. Not impressed

Will never stay at this hotel again!

We left the hotel immediately after going into the room. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When the elevator reached the 3rd floor, it shook and made an awful noise for at least 3 minutes before the door opened. The hall was extremely hot. Once we got inside the room, we tried to call the front desk to inquire about the elevator. The phone beside the bed did not work. We located a second phone on a table. When calling the front desk we received a busy signal. We called the number to the hotel from our cell phone and received a message that the number we were calling was disconnected or no longer in service. We got back on the terrible elevator and went back to the front desk and turned in the key card and notified the staff member we were uncomfortable and did not want to stay. She said ok and was not concerned about why we did not want to stay. I asked if I would be refunded and was told yes and that our card had not been charged. I now see my card was charged and want a full refund immediately.

Bathroom door didn't close, room door didn't automatically latch when door swung closed (had to push or pull to latch and lock) only 14 channels and no news, elevator out of service, leak in ceiling by elevator, staff on break at front counter in morning and no one to great you when you walk in. It was clean.

This place was a dump. Holes in the ceiling with leaking pipes. Smelled like mold. No one at the front desk unless you yelled for them. The pool had obviously been out of order for quite some time. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was friendly, and courteous, when you could find them. The property was a bit in need of repairs. The pool was closed for "maintenance" , there were leaks in the ceilings, several ceiling tiles were missing , it just seemed like the property could use some cosmetic touches. The breakfast was good, however, the last night we were there, the only elevator in the building went out... ughh. It just seemed like one thing after another, although they were minor, other than the elevator of course!

Understaffed and Lots of Issues

We booked a 2 queen bed suite and checked in just a little after 3:00. We ere told that there are no 2 queen bed rooms left and only a king bed with a roll out cot for our family due to being short staffed on housekeeping. Their only elevator and pool was out of order, the TV in our room didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The rest of room appeared to be clean though. We were offered a discount for not having the room we booked available, but we didn’t end up getting a discount once we paid. The front desk attendant said it was taxes and incidentals but when I got the receipt the base price was not the discount we were told.

The good food was not worth the bedbugs

I delayed writing this review because I emailed the management, and filled out their survey requesting they reach out to me to discuss the issues instead of leaving a negative review. However, as I have not heard back from anyone, I decided to leave a review to let folks know what to expect. The rooms are very poorly maintained, and we got bed bugs. There is no other way to state the condition of the building. Tiles were cracked, soap dispensers where falling off the wall, the bathroom door wouldn't latch closed - all in our first room. We did ask to switch, and our second room was in slightly better condition, however, I woke up covered in bug bites. This hotel was the most convenient for our stay while visiting family, and did have several good points. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast set up was great. They serve several types of hot food, as well as prepackaged food. So much better than many other hotels I've been to. These positives were just massively outweighed by the general condition.

It was a nightmare, when I got to the hotel the guy at the front desk told me that they have not any room for me even when I showed the confirmation of my reservation so I have to fine another hotel out of the hotels.
